Terms of Service

By creating an account, using the app, or messaging our WhatsApp business number, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

DurianPro provides tools for durian estate management, including tree tracking, harvest analytics, sales tracking, stock inventory, pest and disease management, and WhatsApp messaging features.

You are responsible for your account and any activity under it. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Paid subscriptions are billed per tree per year as described on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Free trials end automatically when stated or when you choose to upgrade.

You will not use the Service to break any law, infringe others' rights, send unsolicited messages, reverse-engineer the platform, or interfere with its normal operation. You will not attempt to access farm data belonging to organisations you are not authorised to view.

You own the farm data you enter into the Service. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

The software, design, brand, and content we create remain the property of DurianPro or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without written permission.

Some features, including WhatsApp messaging, use AI to generate responses based on your farm data. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify important information before relying on it for business decisions.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that fail to pay applicable fees.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Malaysia.
