Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your data from DurianPro at any time. This page explains how.
1. Delete WhatsApp Data Only
If you have used our WhatsApp messaging features and want us to remove everything related to them — your phone number from our whitelist, stored conversation history, and any message content — email support@durianpro.com with the subject "WhatsApp Data Deletion".
Please include the phone number you used with our WhatsApp business number so we can locate your records.
2. Delete Your Entire Account
If you want to delete your DurianPro account along with all associated farm data, email support@durianpro.com with the subject "Account Deletion". This is irreversible.
3. What Happens Next
We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days. Once the data is deleted, we cannot recover it.
4. What We May Keep
We may retain minimal records required by law (for example, invoices for tax purposes) or for fraud prevention. These records do not contain your farm data or WhatsApp messages.
