DurianPro ("we", "our", or "us") operates the DurianPro platform at durianpro.com and the associated web and mobile applications (the "Service"), including features that allow you to interact with the Service through WhatsApp. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Account information: your name, email address, phone number, organisation details, and worker profiles.
Farm data you enter into the app: tree records, harvest logs, pest and disease observations, inventory movements, sales, notes, and photos.
WhatsApp data: your WhatsApp phone number, messages you send to our WhatsApp business number, and replies we send back. When you use our WhatsApp messaging features, we may store a limited conversation history to provide context for follow-up messages.
Usage data: device type, browser, IP address, access times, and diagnostic logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
To respond to your WhatsApp messages with relevant information about your own farm data. Only phone numbers whitelisted by an organisation owner can access that organisation's data.
To send service-related notifications such as billing or security alerts.
To secure accounts, detect abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Third Parties We Share Data With
Meta / WhatsApp: messages you send via WhatsApp are transmitted through Meta's infrastructure. Meta's handling of your data is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
AI service providers: some features (including WhatsApp messaging) use third-party AI services to generate responses. Message content and limited conversation history may be sent to these providers for processing.
Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers: we use trusted cloud providers to host and deliver the Service.
Analytics and advertising tools: our marketing website uses standard analytics and advertising tools to measure site usage. Our in-app experience does not include these trackers.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. WhatsApp conversation history is retained for as long as WhatsApp messaging is enabled for your organisation. You can request deletion at any time — see our Data Deletion Instructions.

6. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
